How the billing actually works
Three things that are unusual enough to spell out.
Your bill goes down when someone leaves
We count your staff once a day and charge the average across the month. A hire on the 15th costs half a month. Someone who leaves on the 15th refunds half a month. No headcount blocks, no ratchet, no waiting for renewal.
We bill the cheapest plan that fits
At the end of every month we work out what you would have paid on Core, Advance and Elite, and charge you the lowest of the three. The plan you pick is a ceiling, never a floor — you cannot end up on the wrong one.
The first month is free, and you still get the invoice
No card to start. You are free until the end of your first full calendar month, and we still issue a real, itemised invoice for RM 0.00 so you can see exactly what the next one will look like.

Staff are counted once a day and the month is billed on the average. Drag a hire and a leaver across the month.
RM 6 less than billing the peak headcount for the whole month.
What it works out at per person
The plans hand over to each other, so the price per head falls as you grow. You are never asked to upgrade — the larger plan simply becomes the cheaper one.
