One day at Sentuhan Urut & Refleksologi, on its own screens.
- The doors open on Appointments
The POS opens on Appointments, the biggest button on the screen, with Retail under it for the oils and balms. Whoever opens up has already clocked in on their phone, on the early shift the roster gave them.

The till lays the menu out the way the shop sells it: Massage, Reflexology, Couple suite, Retail and Packages down the side, and every treatment with its length on its picture. An aromatherapy massage, a foot reflexology and a bottle of massage oil make three items for RM 261.00; each treatment is rung with the therapist who did it, for their commission.
What got written3 items · RM 261.00 · the therapist on each treatment - Every room, on one board
The room board draws the shop as it is built: four rooms, the couple suite's two beds and the three reflexology chairs, with Free, In use and Cleaning counted across the top. A room in use shows the client, the therapist, the treatment and the minutes left; a free one shows who is next and when. Finish sends a room to Cleaning, and it comes back free on its own ten minutes later, or straight away with Ready. Tap a free room for Walk-in or Start next.

The day end adds the day up: gross and net, profit, every tender and every category, and the cash each till should hold against what was counted. Close the day and its takings post to the books as one journal, the way a bookkeeper posts the Z-report; its receipts wait for the month's consolidated e-Invoice to LHDN.
What got writtenDay closed · one journal posted · each till's count against what it should hold - Lights off
Payroll has the day's hours already. The owner opens the month's profit and loss on their phone with today's sales already in it; nobody stayed back to add it up.
What got writtenAttendance · 8h 12m counted for payroll · this month's P&L updated

Invoicing and e-Invoice, payroll on the same clock-ins, claims and leave, the books — all on the records the till writes.
