The book lists each pet with its owner beside it, Coco (Puan Rohana), then the groom, the length, the groomer and the price. A cat groom takes 75 minutes and a full groom for a medium dog two hours, so the afternoon's load is plain at a glance. A pet that never came is marked No show and counts in the no-show rate; what the counter should know about a pet stays on the owner's card, under Notes for the counter.
